Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management with assigned tasks, greets customers, assists in selecting merchandise, looks up parts and quotes prices, processes cash/credit transactions, handles exchanges/returns, resolves customer complaints, and performs in-store duties (image maker, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking, cleaning). Occasional delivery driving may be required. Bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification and multilingual ability (Spanish) are desirable.
