The Parts Specialist position focuses on providing exceptional customer service by assisting retail and installer customers with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring accurate cash management. The role involves supporting store management, processing transactions, addressing customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks related to inventory and store services. Candidates must demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
