Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assisting them with merchandise selection and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls, processing transactions, handling returns, and resolving complaints. The role requires multitasking as it involves serving both walk-in and phone customers simultaneously. Additionally, the Specialist will assist store management, maintain inventory, operate test equipment, and perform in-store services where permitted. Required skills include strong customer service orientation and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
