Job Summary
The Parts Specialist role involves providing excellent service to retail and installer customers, assisting store management with assigned tasks, and ensuring compliance with company customer service programs. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining cash drawers, processing exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, and performing various in-store services for customers as permitted by law. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities and outstanding customer service skills, with a preference for bilingual applicants, particularly those fluent in Spanish. The position also includes operational tasks like inventory management and may involve driving a delivery vehicle.
