Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide retail and installer customers with a high level of service, assist store management, and complete assigned training. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, processing transactions, and resolving complaints, as well as operational tasks like inventory management and in-store services.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
