Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service to both retail and installer customers. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling cash and transactions, processing returns or exchanges, addressing customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks such as stocking shelves and managing inventory. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, demonstrate strong customer service skills, and is encouraged to be bilingual. Additional qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and ASE certification preferred.
