Job Summary
Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers as a Parts Specialist; greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, quote prices, process exchanges/returns, handle cash and credit transactions, maintain stock and planograms, assist with daily operational tasks and occasional vehicle deliveries, and support store management. Bilingual candidates encouraged; responsibilities include answering store calls, recommending related items, performing service tasks (e.g., wipers, batteries, fault codes), and leveraging training to support customers and colleagues. Knowledge of automotive parts and cataloging is preferred; ASE certification and multilingual capability (Spanish) are advantageous.
