Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assist store management in various tasks, and operate in-store services such as installing wipers and testing batteries. Essential duties include greeting customers, managing cash transactions, processing returns, and addressing customer complaints. The role requires multitasking abilities as well as the capability to handle both in-store and phone inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Familiar with cataloging
- Familiar with weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
