Parts Specialist - Miller, SD

Job Summary
Sell, receive, and deliver parts and accessories to meet customer needs while supplying service technicians with required inventory. Prepare and maintain merchandise displays, verify shipment receipting, and place machine down and stock orders in proper inventory locations. Keep the parts department clean and orderly, follow up on shortages, expedite issues by reporting to management, and maintain departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles. Operate a forklift if available, with a valid driver's license and safe driving record required. Work in a fast-paced environment with outside sales development potential and an on-call rotation during seasonal hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Basic parts and machinery knowledge
- Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior parts sales experience
- John Deere equipment knowledge
