Job Summary
Parts Counter role at GoRight: supply parts to internal and external customers, identify parts and availability for jobs, provide updates and lead times, update repair quotes with part information and pricing, ensure parts and supplies are provided to requested jobs, identify warranty requirements, assign parts to work orders, source non-stock/out-of-stock parts, process purchase orders, escalate issues to expedite resolution, assist with cycle counts, manage inventory levels, back-up tasks including quoting and arranging parts for work orders, and stage/transfer parts as needed. Requires Grade 12 or equivalent with parts training and minimum 5 years’ experience with commercial truck and trailer parts; strong attention to detail, customer service, organizational and time management skills, good communication, teamwork ability, and safety consciousness.
