Answer customer questions about automotive parts and accessories, locate inventory or source items from vendors and other dealerships, and arrange delivery and installation. Maintain composure under stress while utilizing strong organizational and problem-solving skills to satisfy customer requirements in person or over the phone. Knowledge of CDK/ADP DMS is helpful. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience with automotive parts and accessories
- Working knowledge of the industry
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
