Job Summary
Parts Specialist at Atlantic Emergency Solutions in a fast-paced, shop-serving environment for emergency vehicle service centers. Key duties include overseeing administrative functions (phones, mail, office supplies, payments), maintaining reports (Salesforce, CDK time reports, credit card reconciliation, reimbursement submissions), processing payroll by correcting CDK time entries, creating repair orders and parts quotes/POs, researching and sourcing parts, receiving stock, managing service-center inventory, processing invoices/credits, performing cycle counts, pre-invoicing work orders, and maintaining a clean, secure parts room. Requires experience in administrative/service/parts roles, proficiency with CDK and Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license; emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and structured processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, service, or parts role, preferably in a dealership or heavy duty environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with CDK or similar service management systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
