Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including image maker completion, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and inventory cycle counts. Process exchanges, returns, and credit card transactions while maintaining the cash drawer, and operate brake lathe and test equipment after training. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles. Complete assigned company training and promote all customer service programs. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
