Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Execute daily operational tasks including stocking shelves, updating planograms, processing returns, and performing inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathes and other test equipment after training, and occasionally drive delivery vehicles when business needs dictate. Maintain cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies. Complete assigned training and support store management with assigned duties. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
