Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer service. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and drive delivery vehicles when needed. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Multitask between phone and store interactions while promoting programs such as Low Price Guarantee and Related Selling. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
