Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist installer service specialists with professional customer needs. Execute daily operational tasks including planogram updates, inventory cycle counts, merchandise returns, and processing exchanges or returns. Maintain cash drawers, process credit card transactions, and resolve customer complaints while promoting company service programs. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when required. Complete assigned company training and support store management with assigned duties. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
