Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; greet walk-in customers and assist in selecting merchandise; look up parts and quote prices, offer related items and the Low-Price Guarantee; process phone orders, cash handling, and credit card transactions; handle exchanges/returns and resolve complaints; assist with daily merchandising tasks (stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, image maker); operate brake lathe and other store equipment after training; occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; ASE certification and Spanish language skills are highly desired; emphasis on customer service, upselling, and operational tasks to support store management.

- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
