Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to retail and installer customers, assist management and installers with tasks, process purchases and returns, manage cash drawer and payments, stock and front shelves, update planograms, and perform in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes) as needed. Occasional delivery driving may be required; role supports store management and emphasizes friendly, professional service and adherence to company programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot). Bilingual communication is encouraged to better serve diverse customers. Training will be provided for equipment and processes; ASE certification and multilingual fluency are desirable assets. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desired)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish highly desired)
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS transactions
- Ability to operate store equipment after training
