Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management in assigned tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, maintaining and securing the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, resolving customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks. The role also includes operating store testing equipment and occasionally driving a delivery vehicle. Required skills include multitasking and excellent customer service. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and services, and ability to speak multiple languages.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
