Job Summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist-2 to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist with part lookups, quotes, cross-sell, process payments, handle exchanges/returns, maintain cash drawer, assist with stock and planogram updates, perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostic tests), and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. The role requires delivering outstanding customer service, handling multiple tasks, and utilizing product knowledge; bilingual abilities are encouraged and ASE certification is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
