Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, supporting store management in assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, maintaining cash drawers, processing transactions, addressing customer complaints, and performing inventory tasks. Candidates should possess the ability to multitask and provide professional customer service, with additional benefits such as competitive wages, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and opportunities for career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
