Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and assist professional customers with parts selection and service needs. Maintain cash drawers, process transactions, and handle exchanges and returns while resolving complaints. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment, perform in-store services like battery testing and code scanning, and make deliveries when required. Support store management and complete assigned company training. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
