The Parts Specialist delivers high-level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management with tasks, and engages professional customers as needed. Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on merchandise, looking up parts and quoting prices, processing payments, handling exchanges/returns, resolving complaints, assisting with stock and planogram updates, light in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning vehicle trouble codes), and occasional delivery driving. Role emphasizes customer service excellence, accurate cash handling, and adherence to company policies. Required Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
  • Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
  • Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
  • Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate
  • All other duties as assigned
