The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing high levels of customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting in merchandise selection, managing cash drawer transactions, addressing customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks including inventory management. Candidates must possess strong multitasking skills and the ability to provide professional service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
