Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, and support store management with assigned tasks. Responsibilities include assisting professional customers, answering store calls per policy, looking up parts and quoting prices, processing exchanges/returns, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions, resolving customer complaints, helping with daily image maker and planogram updates, stocking and shelving, and assisting with in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, scanning codes, replacing bulbs). Occasional delivery driving may occur as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role emphasizes customer service, inventory control, basic store operations, and adherence to company policies. This position is full-time, located in Store 06776 Tifton, GA, and supports career growth within the organization.
