Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in completing assigned tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers promptly, assisting with merchandise selection, answering customer calls, maintaining the cash drawer, processing exchanges and returns, and addressing customer complaints. The role also entails performing daily operational tasks such as inventory management and operating store equipment. Ideal candidates must be able to multitask and possess strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging knowledge
- Weatherly index system knowledge
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
