Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assisting them with merchandise selection and supporting store management. Essential functions include greeting customers, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and resolving customer complaints. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a familiarity with automotive parts is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
