Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist professional customers as directed. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns. Complete daily image maker updates, planogram changes, and stocking tasks. Operate brake lathes and other store test equipment after training. Perform in-store services such as installing wipers, testing batteries, and scanning trouble codes. Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Spanish is highly desired
