Job Summary
Provide high level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in completing tasks. Greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items. Handle cash and card transactions, process exchanges/returns, address complaints, and maintain cashier accuracy. Perform daily operational tasks including stock, planogram updates, freight receival, and store cleanliness. Conduct in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlight capsules) and, when needed, drive deliveries. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. ASE certification is desirable. The role supports ongoing training, stock management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Complete assigned company training relevant to position
