Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and perform a variety of duties including greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, looking up parts, quoting prices, processing cash/credit transactions, handling exchanges/returns, and performing in-store operations (stocking, planogram updates, image maker, freight receival). The role may involve occasional delivery driving, requires bilingual abilities (Spanish highly desired), and emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, cash handling, and multi-tasking within a retail automotive parts environment.

- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
