Job Summary
Provide high level service to retail and installer customers as a Parts Specialist; assist store management with tasks; greet customers, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related selling; process exchanges/returns and handle cash/credit transactions; support planograms, stock updates, and frontend duties; operate repair/test equipment after training; occasional delivery driving; bilingual skills encouraged (Spanish).
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- multitask handling customers on the phone and in-store
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desirable)
- ASE certification (desirable)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
