Job Summary
Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service, greet customers, assist in selecting merchandise, and process transactions. The role involves supporting store management, handling exchanges/returns, resolving customer complaints, and performing daily store tasks such as stocking, planogram updates, and image maker duties. Responsibilities include answering phone inquiries, quoting prices, recommending related items, maintaining cash drawer, processing payments, and driving a delivery vehicle when needed. Desirable qualifications include familiarity with automotive parts and services, planogram systems, ASE certification, and multilingual fluency (Spanish highly desired).
