Job Summary
Provide high level customer service to retail and installer customers; assist store management in tasks; greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items; process exchanges and returns; handle cash drawer and credit transactions; respond to customer calls and maintain stock/planogram updates; perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) and occasional deliveries when needed; bilingual candidates encouraged; ASE certification preferred; career growth and benefits highlighted.
