Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist in merchandise selection, and support store management. Essential functions include greeting customers, maintaining the cash drawer, processing transactions, handling exchanges and returns, addressing customer complaints, and performing in-store services as allowed. Ideal candidates should have multitasking abilities and deliver excellent customer service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
