Job Summary
Parts Specialist provides high level customer service to retail and installer clients, assists managers with store tasks, greets customers, looks up parts, quotes prices, processes transactions, handles exchanges/returns, maintains inventory and planograms, supports in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, diagnosing issues), may drive deliveries when needed, and requires ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (Spanish) encouraged; ASE certification not required but desirable. The role includes training, benefits overview, and opportunities for growth within O’Reilly Auto Parts.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service
- Multitasking in-store and phone interactions
- Ability to accurately handling cash drawer and processing payments
- Basic computer/lookup skills
- Ability to understand and quote prices and related items
- Ability to perform daily stocking and merchandising duties
- Ability to drive a delivery vehicle if required by business needs (driving record meets requirements)
