Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers while assisting store management with various tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, accurately looking up and quoting parts, processing transactions, handling exchanges and complaints, and supporting daily operational tasks including inventory management and deliveries. Required skills include the ability to multitask effectively, provide excellent customer service, and match alphanumeric sequences efficiently. Familiarity with automotive parts and sales is desired, as well as bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
