Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, and promote company customer service programs. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting in merchandise selection, answering phone inquiries, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, processing exchanges, and resolving customer complaints. The role involves daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves and processing returns, along with in-store services for customers. Multitasking and strong customer service skills are essential, and familiarity with automotive parts is desired.

- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time

- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
