Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering phones, accurately processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and performing various operational tasks including merchandise returns and inventory counts. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and must complete required company training. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
