Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management with tasks, and support professional customers with parts recommendations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, looking up parts and pricing, processing exchanges/returns, handling cash/credit transactions, addressing complaints, performing daily operational tasks (stocking, planogram updates, freight receival, image makers), occasional delivery driving, and assisting with in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing batteries, verifying charging systems, scanning vehicle trouble codes, replacing headlight capsules). Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Must be able to multi-task and provide outstanding customer service while following company policies. The role requires adherence to training programs, cash handling accuracy, and knowledge of store procedures; ASE certification and Spanish proficiency are highly desirable.
