Job Summary
The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to retail and installer customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and supporting store management. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, addressing complaints, performing daily operational tasks, and operating store test equipment. The role requires multitasking abilities and outstanding customer service skills, with a preference for candidates who are familiar with automotive parts and have fluency in multiple languages.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Ability to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging experience
- Experience with weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service experience
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
