Job Summary
Greet retail and walk-in customers, answer phone calls to quote prices and recommend parts, and assist installer service specialists with professional customers. Maintain the cash drawer, process credit card transactions, and handle exchanges and returns in accordance with company policy. Resolve customer complaints, complete daily image maker and planogram updates, and perform inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training, and occasionally drive a delivery vehicle. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Spanish is highly desired
