Job Summary
The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers, assists store management with tasks, and supports professional customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with parts selection, looking up parts and quoting prices, recommending related items, handling cash transactions, processing exchanges/returns, addressing customer complaints, executing daily image and planogram updates, stocking and merchandising, and performing in-store services (e.g., installing wipers, testing/billing batteries, diagnosing vehicle trouble codes). The role may involve occasional deliveries, requires familiarity with store operations, and values bilingual capability (Spanish encouraged). Training completion, adherence to service programs, and a focus on friendly, professional customer interactions are emphasized.
