Job Summary
The Parts Specialist will provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, assist with customer inquiries and merchandise selection, and support store management. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling phone calls, processing transactions, maintaining cash drawers, resolving complaints, assisting with stock management, and performing in-store services. Candidates should be able to multitask and possess excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of automotive parts and sales is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with automotive parts
- Cataloging
- Weatherly index system
- Automotive sales or service
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
