Job Summary
Determine needs and accurately specify parts, then create and modify purchase orders to issue them to appropriate vendors. Record warranty returns, create special ordered parts on the dealership computer system, and notify the ASM, technician, or client upon receipt. Review special order parts tracking, process and close open invoices, and compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity. Maintain records of outside purchases and parts received, perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory, and attend weekly department meetings. Requires above-average mechanical aptitude and computer skills with CDK Lightspeed and Microsoft Office. Monday through Friday schedule with starting pay of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.

- One year of dealership warehouse experience and/or training
