Job Summary
Analyze parts sales trends, customer purchasing behaviors, and inventory data to uncover growth opportunities. Develop detailed dashboards and reports for Customer Support Management, collaborate with National Parts Business Manager and Customer Support Planning Manager to design marketing programs, and track program success for optimization. Monitor competitor activities, present findings to stakeholders, and assist in developing parts consumption methodology for demand planning. Support customer service inquiries via telephone, SalesForce, and email while resolving backorders and managing order fulfillment. Present findings to stakeholders and assist with annual sales goals and monthly reporting. This role requires proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, with experience in CRM and ERP systems preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, sales support, or marketing analytics
- experience in an industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment parts environment
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to interact with both internal customers and external customers
- This role can expect to travel a minimal amount of time
- This position requires spending time in a seated position while working at a computer station
- Work also requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, hearing, talking and lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Working hours may vary from day to day with hours outside of the normal 8-5 timeframe
