Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Summary
Receive parts into the DSI business system and warehouse them to assigned bin and rack locations while operating pallet and lift equipment. Control inbound and outbound freight billing, process core and return parts for credit recovery, and conduct daily and weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. Secure the warehouse from unauthorized personnel, ensure equipment is maintained in safe operating condition, and monitor environmental compliance for potential storage risks. Occasionally deliver or pick up parts off-site using a company vehicle. Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional loads exceeding 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience
- Valid driver's license in the state of employment
- Qualified MVR abstract

- Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision
- Heavy-duty truck aptitude
- Strong organization, communication, and phone skills
