Job Summary
Coordinate parts and service workflows between customers, technicians, and parts sales; maintain accurate inventory, process orders, prepare work orders, identify correct components, assist warehouse operations, and provide responsive customer service using Salesforce and SAP; require strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; forklift/crane experience and safety training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift, crane, and heavy lifting equipment experience
- SAP experience is a plus
- Mandatory safety training (Total Compliance Management)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team
