Job Summary
Oversees branch sales, rentals and product support for Caterpillar earthmoving equipment; develops budgets and operational procedures; drives customer satisfaction and financial results; hires, trains, and conducts performance reviews; collaborates across product and service lines to meet branch objectives; travels up to 25% and operates in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include strategy development for service, rental and walk-in sales, budget management, cross-functional coordination, staff development, and maintaining product knowledge while ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years experience in a heavy equipment/agriculture equipment dealership at a level of responsibility which includes management of sales, rental, and product support operations
- 5+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 5+ years customer service experience
- 3+ years sales experience
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience
- Valid Driver's License
