Parts Salesperson

Package and dispatch parts orders to external and internal customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Process spare parts enquiries and create orders, while handling received supplier items and managing returns from internal clients. Create supplier orders based on departmental demand to maintain stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks for accuracy. Operate a forklift truck after training and maintain safe, tidy workplace standards with high housekeeping in the warehouse and front of house. Answer telephone enquiries, greet visitors, and support colleagues within the department while adhering to all site rules and risk assessments.
