Job Summary
Promote and sell parts, products, and related services to meet customer needs by looking up part numbers, determining availability, placing orders, pulling parts from bins, and invoicing for counter customers, the Service Department, and the Sales Department. Supply Service Technicians with required parts using established requisition processes while verifying shipments, stocking bins, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Provide a professional customer environment through solid product knowledge, responsive follow-through, and prompt resolution of questions or concerns. Maintain a clean, orderly department and adhere to all safety policies and business practices. Work some Saturdays and additional hours as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain accurate cash, sales, receiving, and inventory records
- Ability to use, or learn to use, the John Deere Parts Catalog application
- Ability and willingness to work some Saturdays and additional hours as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
